Dental Excellence of Greenhaven was the third dentist I tried after moving back to Sacramento in 2015, and I have been going here ever since. They make you feel welcome and comfortable during your entire visit, routinely checking on how you're doing. They have never been pushy or aggressive trying to sell me on extra products or procedures, and are kind when making recommendations on how I can better care of my teeth and gums. I actually don't dread the dentist anymore!
It is a little pricey but the service is awesome! Dr. Wong and Julie worked on my 3 teeth Bridge and it looks magnificent! Julie is so great at her job she made my smile look beautiful I cannot stop smiling! It feels so natural i forget it's not my actual teeth ????. Front desk ladies are friendly, professional and welcoming.
Came to this clinic because of the good reviews. There are a couple good staff there.. But overall, dissatisfied with the clinic. This year there have been new employed people every time I go in, working on my teeth. The main doctor is knowledgeable but he always seems dismissive or uninterested. Also, expect to never see Dr. Wong. It's usually his assistants working on my teeth which never sat comfortably with me because when i ask questions concerning my teeth, they don't know. Only Dr. Wong seems to know the answers but he's never around to answer them.
I do not recommend. I paid full price for fast braces for a mild teeth crowding, and they still messed up my teeth. dr. wong doesnt care about client satisfaction and only care about taking my $6,000. They were always in a rush to do my teeth, and never clearly explain the processes. I am at a much better clinic now but still sad i wasted my time and money.
