Not bad except wrong prices. They won't fix it even if you point them out. Watch the prices closely. It can easily add up to a few more bucks and there goes the savings on some sale items.
They are very kind, thorough & good at their profession. The new chairs are way comfortable. It is a pleasure spending my hard earned money there. I highly recommend it.
Found my mom something she loved when I was growing up saltine crackers with frosting already frosted with flavor choices. They seem to have a lol of every thing in here. I'll return for sure. My mom was so happy with her crackers too.
Fresh fish. Cooked to order if you want. Items from all over the world...Italian cookies, Indian teas and every spice you would need to cook any food, Asian or otherwise. Tons of fresh fruits and vegetables and a kitchen for "to go." PLUS, in normal years the best Chinese New Year celebration in Sacramento.
We love this place! It is close to our house so convenience is key. Great selection of ethnic foods including Indian products and spices. They have a huge variety of popular and obscure Asian products and so much more affordable than shopping at a big name grocery store. The produce is always fresh and packaged nicely. The only negatives are that it's hard to find anybody who speaks English and prepackaged fresh veggies are all in bulk so after buying they might get spoiled if you don't use within a few weeks or give away. Also, there are no berries of any kind here but that's a minor thing compared to all they do have.
