    Friendly staff at the store, they are helpful but only the senior members can help with items like where to get things and what they carry. New staff like in the deli can take longer to get things as they do not know the goods. It is not as large as others but has a good selection of items and helpful butcher to get better cuts. It is a good place to shop but can get very crowded during peak times or holidays.

    Just left the Rush River Bel Air Bakery. I came in to place an order for my son's birthday. I stood at the counter for about 3 minute waiting for assistance. Watched the employee not only look at me several times but passed me a couple of times to assist another customer. Not once did I get I'll be right with you nothing. Finally when she had no more customers to assist she finally came to me to ask me if I needed something. I said yes I needed to order a cake and needed to see the book. She did place the book on the counter and again walked away to assist another customer . Frustrated for the lack of customer service I just walked and had to drive further out to go to another store to place the order. Customer service in the bakery department needs to be addressed.

    Love coming to Bel Air! I feel comfortable, and love the food especially the Sushi bar, delicious and affordable! I love the whole deli area! Hot chinese food, sandwich area, deli salad area, and fish market..those are all my areas, Vegetable and fruit section are so fresh and well kept...love it! The whole supermarket is great! Thank you for your service!
