I love the lap pool and the fact that it’s also a great place to get a good workout in. The people who come to this location in my experience have been all very helpful when it comes to sharing training tips and knowledge. It’s my favorite family fitness around for that reason.
Great gym, good location. Small good for beginners. Miss the ice maker and towels though.
I been to so many fitness places through out my life but California family fitness is one true family fitness place. Staff is always polite, resources and helpful. If you have a upgraded membership then you can visit any location in Northern California. They have all kind of equipment. They do offer series of group classes through out the day right before Covid. I used their pool, spa and racket ball rooms quite often. Their offer great discounts for students and families. If you are new to cal fit, take a 7 day free pass and give it a shot. I am sure you love it.
