I was amazed how fast Enrique was available to go inspect our tenant's AC unit & get it back up and running. He was communicative with both me and my tenants, and clearly explained the part needed and the pricing. The cost was very reasonable. When an AC unit goes down in the middle of the summer in Sacramento, it can be a pretty painful process and Enrique made it a breeze. Thank you!
I called Enrique this morning to see if he could assess whether we could move our thermostat to another room in the house. He agreed to come by at the end of his calls on a Sunday evening. He was very courteous and friendly, and he took the time to explain our options and the pros/cons with each option. He even pointed an issue AC system in the attic and ways that we could repair it. We were very pleased with his willingness to come by on short notice, to educate us on our system, and to work around our schedules to come and do the work.
