My AC broke down and I could not find anyone to come out and fix it that was not a week out. Sacramento gets pretty hot. Thankfully, Rashad was able to come out the same day, diagnosed the issue AND was able to acquire the part the next day, even though he said it would probably take 2 business days to order. Not to mention their phone representative is the MOST pleasant person to talk to. I also found the pricing fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Rashad was very communicative, informative, and friendly. He showed me the part the was defective and explained to me why it needed to be replaced. He called me before he showed up and was on time. Customer service was excellent, including the representative I spoke to on the phone.
