We went in on a Sunday afternoon around 230 -3pm. They were just closing for the day, but encouraged us to come in & eat. All staff were busy cleaning up & putting away. Stuff from the counters. We ordered breakfast. My husband was unnerved at the manager for having an impromptu meeting/ critique of the days service, not 12ft away from our table. The food arrived hot & delicious! The food was simply perfect!!!
Pretty bad experience. The breakfast burritos were bland- all tortilla, and little else. The pesto chicken sandwich was dry. And who serves a pesto chicken sandwich on a hamburger bun...? Gross. My mom can't have egg yolks and specifically requested an egg white omelette. They goofed, and gave her an omelette with egg yolks. The waiter consistently forgot to bring us beverages and had to be reminded multiple times. On the plus side, the place was clean and comfortable, and the meals came quickly. The wait staff was also very attentive. But if the food is bad, then what's the point of going out to eat?
All is I can saw is "WOW!!!!" I'm so happy that my husband decided to stop here. The food was absolutely tasteful and the staff and management is just amazing. Great VIBES ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! They knew we were new to the area and made us feel WELCOMED! Our new go to spot!!! Love it! Highly recommended by The NANAI'S!!!!
Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing atmosphere. Waitress was helpful, attending, and respectful as one should be. It's hard to come by service like this and the food was amazing. The owners are welcoming. Go visit this place and support this local business.
Food was fine, service from our particular server was very poor. Started out great, but there were 4 mistakes and despite us still being very friendly to our server, she essentially just stopped serving us and we had to flag down other servers, who were very attentive. Things like only bringing 1 water when we each asked for 1, no eggs in the dish and she clearly told us it was an egg scramble, forgot to bring the coffee, never asked for a coffee refill, didn't collect the check. We were fine as long as she corrected them, she treated us rude even though we were still very polite to her. Too bad, hopefully a lesson can be learned.
